Services

Four systems. Start with one.

Every service starts from one belief: your people should spend their time on work only people can do. Each is a system we design, build and run inside your accounts. AI agents carry up to 99% of the work. Review and sign-off stay with a person.

I · Automated operations

Recurring work, delegated end to end.

Your team was hired for judgment, not for copying data between screens. So we rebuild the workflows that fill their week as a system. An event starts the workflow, agents carry it across your CRM, forms and drives, and a person steps in only to approve.

What's included

  • Client intake and onboarding, from first meeting to funded accounts
  • Account opening and transfer packets assembled and pre-filled for signature
  • Documents named, filed and linked to the right household as they arrive
  • Meeting briefs generated before every review, follow-up tasks created after
  • Held-away statements read, reconciled and logged
  • An approval queue for the steps that need a person, and a log of every action

A good fit if your team spends its week moving information from one system to another.

II · Plan preparation

From statements to a draft plan, automatically.

An advisor's time belongs in the conversation, not in the data behind it. An automated pipeline reads statements and intake forms, reconciles them against your CRM, and builds or updates the plan in your planning software to your firm's standards. Your advisor starts from a finished draft.

What's included

  • Statements, intake forms and CRM records read and reconciled automatically
  • Discrepancies flagged for a person before anything is entered
  • Plans built to your naming, assumption and growth-rate standards
  • A finished draft ready for your advisor's review
  • The advisor's changes applied and logged

A good fit if plans wait weeks to be built, or your advisors build them themselves.

Dacinia does not give investment advice and does not meet with your clients. Your advisor reviews, approves and presents every plan.

III · Planning software management

Your planning software, kept current by the system.

A plan is only as good as the data under it. The system keeps every household current, applies your firm's standards and routes exceptions to a person. Seasonal projects are ready before your advisors need them.

What's included

  • Balances, accounts and goals synced and checked across every household
  • Households prepared ahead of review season and year-end projects, such as Roth conversion reviews
  • Firm standards for naming, assumptions and templates enforced automatically
  • Stale accounts, duplicates and naming problems detected and queued for cleanup
  • A change log, household by household

A good fit if your planning software is behind and your advisors find out in the meeting.

IV · AI and infrastructure

The foundation the system runs on.

Agents are only as reliable as the systems under them. We set up and maintain the platform, identity and security layer, the integrations between your tools, and the AI tools your team uses directly.

What's included

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup and migration
  • Integrations between your CRM, planning software, custodians and files
  • Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and phishing protection
  • Multi-factor sign-in, least-privilege access and regular access reviews
  • AI assistants for your team on business terms, with written rules for their use
  • Documentation for your compliance file

A good fit if your setup grew one app at a time and nobody owns how it fits together.

Pricing

Scoped per firm, priced up front.

After the first call you get a written scope and a price: a fixed price to build a system, a monthly fee to run and improve it, or both. Most firms start with one workflow and add others once it is running.

Not an advisory firm? We also handle IT and websites for a small number of Lehigh Valley businesses. See local services.
